Shipping Policy

Processing Times:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times:

  • Australia: 3–7 business days
  • New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Other international locations: 10–20 business days (depending on location)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or customs processing.

Shipping Costs:

  • We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $100 AUD.
  • For orders under $100 AUD, a flat shipping rate will be applied at checkout for standard shipping, and express is also available at a higher price.
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once a package leaves our hands, we rely on the carrier to deliver it safely. If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@selfdom.au and we'll assist you in tracking it down or arranging a replacement if necessary.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging your order. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will happily offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been successfully delivered.

If your entire order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will of course work with you to resolve this as quickly and fairly as possible.
