Refund policy
Returns and Refunds:
- Due to the nature of our wellness products (e.g., journals, self-care items), we can only offer refunds or exchanges for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
- If you purchased a journal after seeing our money-back guarantee and haven’t noticed a positive shift in your happiness, we’re happy to honour that promise — as long as you’ve genuinely committed to the practice.
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must have used the journal consistently for at least 30 days and no more than 100 days.
- You must provide clear photos showing that all journal entries during that time (morning and night) have been completed.
- You’ll also need to return the journal to us (shipping at your expense).
